An UNRIVALED experience!
The best way to enjoy nature and let yourself be mesmerized by every single landscape the state of Chihuahua has to offer. The agency takes care of EVERYTHING; the only thing you have to worry about is enjoying yourself and letting yourself be surprised at every moment of the trip.
I highly recommend this trip; it is worth every single day—each one is an opportunity to enjoy yourself and see something new. You simply have to live this experience to truly feel what it is like to travel aboard "El Chepe" and through the Copper Canyon. You won't be disappointed. The food, the landscapes, the tours, the people, and the culture are what make this experience so special.
Vanessa provides personalized attention when planning the trip; even though we communicated solely via email, everything went perfectly. Our only regret is that the days flew by so quickly, and we wish we could have stayed a few extra days to enjoy it all even more.
I highly recommend Trayectur travel agency as well as the service provided by Vanessa Flores—someone who will never let you down in ensuring this trip is truly unforgettable.
I just wanted to let you know that we were absolutely delighted—and very happy—with the trip. I’d like to commend you on the coordination and the level of service provided by both you and your team. The trip was wonderful—the food was delicious, and the landscapes were spectacular. Thank you for everything. If I ever return to Chihuahua, I’ll be sure to look you up. Thanks again for everything, and happy holidays!
We were very satisfied with the service we received and the tour we took; I have also already posted reviews on TripAdvisor for each of the places we visited. I also want to tell you that we were absolutely DELIGHTED with the tour led by Professor Francisco Rentería. He was highly knowledgeable, articulate, and well-informed—in short, an excellent guide.
We will be in touch.
Hello Vanessa,
I want to thank you for all your attentiveness and professionalism; our trip was truly wonderful. The staff was incredibly punctual, friendly, and always ready to help. The hotels you recommended were top-notch—believe me, I will definitely be recommending you to our friends.
I would like to express my gratitude for all your kind assistance. I commend your agency for its highly professional service, having meticulously considered every aspect of the trip I booked with you. This allowed my family and me to fully enjoy the entire itinerary you crafted for us—an experience that enabled us to discover, along the route of the "El Chepe" railway, the local towns, the warmth and hospitality of their people, the beautiful landscapes surrounding these communities, and the exquisite cuisine at every stop. We were also deeply reassured by the guides who work as part of your team—Mr. Mario Sainz and Mr. Piña—as well as the hotel owners: Mr. Jesús Barriga and his wife; and Mr. Diego, his wife Ana, and their son Hugo. These are truly exceptional human beings who provide service that is second to none, constantly striving to serve others and consistently exceeding the expectations of clients—like myself—who entrust them with their travel arrangements.
I extend my congratulations to you, along with my sincere thanks, for performing such professional work in helping others discover, cherish, and further admire the beauty of our country and our people. I now consider myself a promoter of your services, and I am actively recommending you to my relatives and friends.
Best regards,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you, Vanessa Flores, for the magnificent service you provided when we booked our trip to the Copper Canyon through you. The trip proved to be excellent in every respect—from the sightseeing locations and accommodations to the meals and the other individuals who collaborated with your team. A special thank you goes to you, Vanessa, for being such a dedicated and exceptionally courteous travel agent.
We look forward to receiving the invoice. In closing, I will gladly recommend this travel agency to any acquaintances visiting Chihuahua who wish to visit the Copper Canyon or take a specialized tour of the state.
Hi Vanessa, I wanted to thank you once again—infinitely—for every bit of your attention. It was the best trip of my life, and I am absolutely certain that without your knowledge, dedication, and support, it wouldn't have been the same. I wanted to ask if you could please send me your bank account details. I would like to make a deposit on behalf of myself and my parents. I swear, when I told them about the trip and spoke about you, they were absolutely amazed. They even insisted on contributing a share of the gratuity. My brother even wants to meet you, that’s how much he likes you already! I’ve already started sharing your contact details with my friends, as there are a lot of people who want to go on that trip—and when I tell them about it or show them the photos, they get even more eager to go.
I’m really hoping to receive those details soon, as I unfortunately deleted the email in which you had originally sent them.
Sending you a big hug, and my best regards to everyone on your team.
Hi Vanessa, how are you? We had an absolutely wonderful time—everything was gorgeous!
There were four of us, and we were all absolutely delighted by all the nature, the tour itself, the places we visited, and the high-adrenaline experience on the world's longest zip line! We really enjoyed the hotel, and the meals were delicious. Everyone on the trip seemed to be in high spirits and had such a positive attitude. There is just one small detail that could be improved: the tour guide who led our tour in Creel lacked knowledge on the subject matter. I think she could improve by providing more explanations about the town and the lifestyle of the Tarahumara people.
Highly recommended!
I’ve passed your contact details along to some friends. Check out the photos on my Facebook page!
THANK YOU!! And congratulations!
We are the leading tour operator in the Copper Canyon. For over 20 years, both individual tourists and major tourism companies from around the world have trusted Trayectur.
