Cable car

The Third Most Important in the World.

It’s a trip taken in a cabin or gondola, with a capacity for up to 60 passengers, on a cable without intermediate towers and extending up to 3 km. The journey transports you through the imposing Copper Canyon and arrives at the lower station (Station B) in Mesón de Bacajípare, where you can see a breathtaking panoramic view of the confluence of the canyons: Copper Canyon, Tararecua Canyon, and Urique Canyon, the latter reaching a depth of 1,879 meters.

At Station B, you’ll find several viewpoints that allow you to appreciate the Copper Canyon from almost its bottom. There are also shops selling handicrafts from local communities, food (gorditas), as well as a snack bar and restrooms.

Once you’re down, we highly recommend the Rarámuri Experiences hikes offered by the community of Bacajípare, which range from 30 minutes to 3 hours. They can take you to the bottom of the Urique Canyon if you book your trip in advance!

Zipline

Seven Zip Line Circuit

It consists of a circuit of seven zip lines with a length of almost 5 kilometers, divided into seven sections and two suspension bridges, making it the longest zip line circuit in Latin America.

The zip lines range from 141 to 1,113 meters in length, with heights of up to 350 meters (between the cable and the ground). Speeds on the zip lines range from 60 to 110 kilometers per hour, depending on the person’s weight and the wind direction.

This tour takes between two and two and a half hours to complete, culminating in a final 700-meter zip line that reaches Mesa de Bacajipare, the site of Station «B,» where you can take the cable car back (this trip is included in the price of the activity).

ZipRider

The World's Longest ZipRider!

This experience consists of a 2,554-meter zip line ride, considered the longest of its kind in the world (a swing-type zip line). Unlike other zip line circuits, this one is done in a harness-style seat where the visitor is secured, reaching speeds of 80 to 135 kilometers per hour. This activity features an automatic braking system, comprised of 100 springs that absorb the speed upon reaching the landing platform.

At the landing platform, guides will assist and direct visitors to a trail leading to a 700-meter (approximately) uphill hike to the cable car platform. And don’t worry, you can do the hike without carrying the equipment; the guides will take care of that!

You can return by taking the cable car, which is included in the price of the activity.

Vía Ferrata

Our most extreme adventure yet!

It consists of a 48-meter rappel descent, crossing suspension bridges, as well as an impressive Tarzan swing. These are just some of the spectacular challenges that anyone can venture to experience. This activity takes place on the rock face overlooking the canyon and can be viewed from the glass floor located in the Barranco Restaurant.

It features five suspension bridges with varying degrees of difficulty. The experience includes a 450-meter semi-stair climb using a system of steps and metal rungs, entry into two rock grottos, and a Tarzan swing, where participants can feel the adrenaline rush of swinging into the void and then grabbing onto the other side of the wall.

Visitors must always pay attention to instructions and wear safety equipment at all times; this includes a helmet, harness, safety carabiners, and gloves. It is important to keep both your safety lines attached to the cable at all times, except when there are jumps at the anchor points, in which case one line will be changed at a time. During the tour, you will be accompanied by two guides; one leading and the other following. Both will accompany you throughout your tour until the end and can assist you in case of any situation.

Note: This activity may be suspended without prior notice due to rain, inclement weather (including thunderstorms), availability of schedules and/or equipment, or any emergency code within the Adventure Park.

Aerial Forest

Have fun on this aerial adventure!

This is considered a canopy tour, a high-altitude activity in the forest, where you’ll cross 12 suspension bridges between the trees at a height of 8-9 meters above the ground. Each bridge has a different level of difficulty and configuration. The tour ends with a 36-meter-long zip line and concludes with a 200-meter walk back to the park.

Visitors must always pay attention to instructions and keep their safety equipment on at all times. This includes a helmet, harness, gloves, and carabiners. It’s important to keep both safety lines attached to the cable at all times, except when there are jumps between anchor points, in which case one line will be changed at a time. Two guides will accompany you throughout the tour; one at the beginning and one at the end. Both will stay with you until the end and can assist you with anything you need.
